Responsibilities

• Provide timely legal consultations and assess eligibility for immigration benefits.
• Provide legal representation before USCIS, EOIR, and State court when necessary.
• Develop case strategies and draft briefs and affidavits for immigration matters.
• Maintain a high-volume case load and manage special projects.
• Advise staff, assign work, and peer-review cases.
• Participate in immigration workshops and trainings.
• Collaborate as a team member with Catholic Charities and the mission.
• Maintain availability to staff and clients.
