Responsibilities

• Under close supervision, determines eligibility of applicants for programs and services in areas such as public or mental health, social services, and aging.
• Assists Human Services staff with case management and client navigation and linkage to care.
• Interviews clients and reviews applications to determine eligibility for financial aid or other health-related services.
• Explains program policies and assists clients in obtaining supporting documentation.
