Aston Carter is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Assistant to serve as the main point of contact for HR inquiries in English and Spanish. The role includes translating documents, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and supporting HR programs such as benefits enrollment and training.

This position is 100% onsite at the manufacturing plant, with a typical schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, occasionally requiring overtime for events or meetings with the second shift. The facility employs approximately 170-180 people and includes an HR team composed of a coordinator and a manager. The work environment is a general office setting, with occasional exposure to production areas that may contain airborne particles, loud noises, and extreme temperatures, requiring personal protective equipment. Physical demands include frequent communication and movement, occasional lifting of objects up to 20 pounds, and prolonged periods of sitting or standing while using a computer.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Point Of Rocks, MD.
The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
