Job summary

PRACTICE in New York seeks Education Champions to provide bilingual (Spanish/English) tutoring to high school students (grades 9–12) in person, focusing on Algebra, Algebra II, or Geometry. You will tailor sessions to individual needs and help students build foundational math skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred for in-person tutoring.
• Pursuing or possessing a degree in Education or a related field with a 3.0+ GPA.
• Availability to work 10–35 hours per week at an assigned school.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, and Regents prep.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to deliver engaging, personalized learning.
• Help close the opportunity gap and support urban students’ academic and personal growth.
