Job Title: Human Resources Supervisor

Location: Miami, FL 33182

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Primarily 1st Shift (start between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM); occasional coverage for evening shift needs

Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base salary + 5% annual bonus + full benefits

Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Supervisor to lead all HR functions at a fast-paced, high-performing distribution center in Miami, FL. Supporting approximately 125 employees, this is a sole on-site HR role reporting to a Regional HR Manager and collaborating closely with the site’s General Manager. You'll be the heartbeat of People & Culture—highly visible, engaged on the floor, and essential to upholding a non-union, high-retention environment.

This is a great opportunity for an HR generalist with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in autonomous roles and wants to directly influence culture, compliance, and retention at the site level.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Miami distribution center
  • Lead new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure strong first-day experiences
  • Administer policies and ensure compliance across FMLA, LOA, WC, and other programs (with 3rd-party vendor support)
  • Engage daily with leadership and frontline teams via floor walks and visibility
  • Coordinate employee relations, recognition events, morale boosters, and training initiatives
  • Act as the on-site culture ambassador—supporting a non-union workplace culture
  • Manage HR administrative duties including I-9s, audits, benefits communication, and handbook training
  • Occasionally support after-hours needs due to the 24 / 7 operation
What You Bring
  • 3–6+ years of HR Generalist experience in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environments
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) strongly preferred due to workforce demographics
  • Experience supporting hourly and frontline teams, ideally in non-union environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across levels
  • Confident working independently with a remote / regional reporting line
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance, benefits, and employee relations
  • Comfort working in 24 / 7, multi-shift environments
