Job summary

Forgent Power Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior HR Plant Manager for the Waco, TX facility to lead all HR activities in close partnership with plant leadership and to drive people strategies that support operational excellence and growth.

The ideal candidate will manage talent acquisition, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance while ensuring workforce stability across shifts, with fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR leadership in manufacturing settings is essential.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices; bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning for hourly, salaried, technical, and leadership roles.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation with coaching to managers.
• Develop training, performance management, and succession planning programs.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA and other regulations; lead risk mitigation.
• Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategy with operations and business goals.
