• Process weekly payroll accurately and meet deadlines.
• Review timecards, overtime, attendance and PTO.
• Verify hours, pay rates, deductions and bonuses.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee questions.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and HR documents.
• Assist with payroll taxes, garnishments and related tasks.
• Coordinate changes for hires, terminations and status updates.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist audits.
• Communicate in English and Spanish with employees and management.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks as needed.
