Job summary

Generac Power Systems in Whitewater, WI is seeking an HR Generalist to implement and administer HR policies and programs for communications, performance management and recognition. This role partners with the Talent Acquisition Team and serves as a primary contact for employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years HR experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Fluent in Spanish and able to handle sensitive employee information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal groups to coordinate HR programs within the manufacturing function.
• Implement and enforce policies that drive engagement and performance.
• Advise supervisors on employee relations, training and development.
• Administer compensation programs, salary planning, and job evaluations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for staffing and employer branding.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Support training initiatives and employee engagement activities.
