Job summary

TAKKION is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations, compliance, training, and program implementation across the workforce. You will guide managers on workplace issues, conduct investigations, and ensure policy adherence while maintaining confidentiality and consistency.

The role collaborates with HR leadership and operations to implement HR strategies, manage the employee lifecycle, and deliver essential training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five years of progressive HR experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP.
• Experience handling employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR partner to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
• Conduct onsite employee relations investigations and document findings.
• Support development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with onboarding, role changes, and offboarding across the workforce.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and field leaders to implement HR programs.
