Job summary

Taylor Fresh Foods, Inc. in Tolleson, AZ is seeking an HR Assistant I to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR records.

You will act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, handling confidential information with discretion and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, maintaining records in HRIS, and assisting with compliance and leave administration while working under supervision in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year HR/admin/clerical or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (fluent) required.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, agriculture, or distribution environments a plus.
• Experience with HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding for new hires and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records; process status changes and terminations.
• Support employee relations and respond to routine policy questions.
• Assist with compliance, audits, and leave documentation.
