ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is hiring dynamic HR Professionals to support our global Fortune 500 RPO client as HR Advisor. This 100% remote role serves North America with Pacific Time hours (Sat–Wed, 8–5).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual in Hebrew.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Experience supporting LOA, payroll, benefits, etc., with a focus on the employee experience.
• Adept at coaching people leaders and employees.
• Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment.
• High attention to detail and comfort with heavy use of technology and high volume of contacts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HR’s services and offerings, with exceptional quality, including, but not limited to: benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, etc.
• Deliver world class and personalized care experiences to all levels of the organization through multiple channels of communication, to include chat/phone/case work.
• Contribute to a highly collaborative, cross-functional team dedicated to continuous improvement of the workforce experience.
• Partner closely with centers of excellence to influence improvement in programs and offerings based on voice of customer and customer experience.
• Coach end users through use of HR technology systems and SaaS applications.

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO is hiring dynamic HR Professionals to support our global Fortune 500 RPO client, a leader in the Financial Software Industry! The HR Advisor will provide Tier 1 HR Generalist support to our RPO client employees across North America. These opportunities are long-term/no end date W-2 Contract positions that will work 100% remote from your home office. Working hours/days required for this role: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8-5PM PACIFIC STANDARD TIME.

Your responsibilities Essential Functions

• Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HR’s services and offerings, with exceptional quality, including, but not limited to: benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, etc.
