Job summary

Parker Personal Care Homes (PPCH) is seeking dedicated Host Home Providers in the Colorado area. As a Host Home Provider, you will offer compassionate care and support to adults with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities in your home.

You will be responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring health and safety concerns are addressed. Training in CPR, First Aid, and medication administration will be provided.

The role requires professionalism, good communication skills, and the ability to work with one to three members over an ongoing basis. Join us in our mission to build an inclusive, supportive community.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide services and support for 1 - 3 members in home.
• Must clear background screening and reference checks.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support for individuals with varying needs.
