Job summary

Abcor Home Health is seeking compassionate caregivers to join a patient-focused team in the Chicago area. You will assist with activities of daily living, transport clients to appointments, and document care tasks in our home care app.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent caregiving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain required credentials.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals.
• Provide light housekeeping and accompany clients to appointments.
• Report changes in condition to supervisor and document tasks in the home care app.
