Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Reliable vehicle or transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and meal prep.
• Provide light housekeeping as needed and transport to medical appointments.
• Follow individualized care plans and document tasks in the home care app.
• Promptly report changes in condition to branch supervisor.
• Complete annual in-service training and quarterly meetings.
