Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) fluent in Spanish and English to support clients across Westchester County and NYC. The role includes personal care, companionship, and ADL support in clients’ homes, with flexible schedules and various shifts.

Applicants should hold NY State HHA or PCA certification, have compassionate bedside manner, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• NY State HHA or PCA certification is required.
• Experience caring for adults/elderly or pediatric clients.
• Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support activities of daily living per care plan.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and ambulation inside/outside the home.
