Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Certified Caregiver for the WA region. Preference for bilingual (Korean and Chinese) candidates. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meals, mobility, medications, and companionship in clients' homes.

Eligible applicants must have a CNA/HCA license and pass background checks. Driver's license is required, with flexible schedules available. Opportunity to grow within a supportive team and enjoy competitive pay with daily pay

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
Ability to meet background check requirements.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client's home.
Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Supports personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
Performs general housekeeping and household support activities.
Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations.
