Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking Certified Caregivers in Washington state for in-home support across multiple cities, including Everett, Lynnwood, and Edmonds. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently with good judgment.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services in the client’s home.
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supports personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities.
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations.
• Assists with passive range of motion activities when credentialed and trained.
• Maintains communication and reports changes in client condition to care team.
