Qualifications

• HHA or PCA Certificate required.
• Current photo id required.
• Social Security Card required.
• Full Physical, PPD, Rubella & Rubeola titers within 6 months.
• Drug Screen within 6 months.
• Two reference letters required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with eating, meal preparation, and bathing.
• Dressing and daily hygiene assistance.
• Light housekeeping and shopping as needed.
• Support social interaction and companionship.
• Provide care as per plan and report changes to supervisor.
