Job summary

CareFinders Total Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) in New Jersey to provide compassionate, one-on-one home care. Bilingual applicants fluent in Russian, Ukrainian or Polish are especially encouraged to apply, with a valid NJ CHHA license required.

Qualifications

Valid NJ Board of Nursing CHHA License.

Responsibilities

Enhancing clients' well-being and quality of life as a CHHA.
Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals).
Provide direct client care, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
Provide transportation, meal preparation, housekeeping, and shopping as needed.
Support clients in completing activities of daily living.
Promote patient safety, hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, and social engagement.
Respect diverse personalities and behaviors in client homes.
