Job summary

Right at Home is seeking experienced Home Health Aides and CNAs to provide compassionate in-home care in the Miami area. You will support clients with daily living activities, personal care, and essential errands in a home setting.

We offer flexible scheduling, opportunities for pay increases through our advancement program, and referral bonuses. A driver’s license is required, and a passion for quality care is essential.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide or CNA certification is required.
• At least 1 year of caregiver/home health experience recommended.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist with hygiene, ambulation, transfers, meals, and dressing.
• Prepare meals according to instructions and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Support medication reminders and range of motion exercises.
• Assure safe, respectful care and follow care plan directions.
• Understand dementia and incontinence care as taught.
