Job summary

DataAnnotation seeks an experienced bilingual professional fluent in Hebrew and English to train AI models using your language expertise. You will judge outputs with a native speaker’s ear, identifying tone, idiom and cultural context issues that affect accuracy and naturalness.

Responsibilities include crafting prompts, evaluating responses, comparing versions, and explaining judgments clearly. This is a remote contractor role with hourly pay and project variety.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Hebrew and English.
• Strong command of grammar, style, tone and register in both languages.
• Detail-oriented with ability to explain judgments in writing.
• Experience in translation, editing, writing, teaching or bilingual professional work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write challenging, realistic prompts and conversations in Hebrew and English.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, fluency, grammar, tone, and adherence to the request.
• Compare two AI responses and judge which performed better.
• Critique AI-generated translations, conversations, summaries and content with reasoning.
• Flag concrete failures with evidence like mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, or cultural missteps.
• Contribute across language tasks and subject areas.
