Job summary

AmeriBest Home Care, LLC is seeking a Recruiter to analyze staffing needs, source and place Direct Care Workers (DCWs) with clients, and collaborate with Client Services to ensure excellent client care in our service area. The recruiter will also track metrics, support onboarding, and drive open shifts staffing to meet growth targets.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a background in recruiting and healthcare, and the ability to travel locally to support staffing

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (required)
• Customer Service: 1 year
• Recruiting: 1 year
• Healthcare Experience: 1 year
• One year recent experience in a home care agency (preferred)
• One year of experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, marketing and/or public relations (preferred)
• Experience with Medicaid, home care waivers is a plus
• Previous experience with consumers, the elderly and their families (preferred)
• Prior marketing or sales experience (preferred)
• Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and Excel, accounting software, and knowledge of home health database software programs (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, recruiting, onboarding and staffing of Direct Care Workers (DCWs) (caregivers)
• Place/Staff DCWs with clients needing services and ensure good matches
• Customer service, demonstrating compassion and resolving problems
• Execute strategies to enhance the staffing experience of clients and caregivers, improving retention and staffing levels
• Work with Onboarding/Intake/HR to move DCWs through hiring process
• Provide analysis, metrics and weekly reporting on hiring and staffing of DCWs
• Communicate effectively with Client Services, management, and co-workers
• Schedule DCWs for first shifts and hand off to CSC/CSM
• Achieve weekly hiring numbers as specified
• Perform other duties as assigned
