Job summary

Right at Home Norfolk, NE is seeking a bilingual Healthcare Recruiter fluent in English and Spanish to join our Norfolk team. This full-time role focuses on recruiting in-home caregivers and healthcare professionals to support our growing community.

You will source candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreach, conduct interviews and orientations, and collaborate with scheduling and office staff to meet staffing needs. Competitive base wage plus commission and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, sales, customer service, or healthcare preferred.
• Outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and pursuing candidates.
• Team player who helps people succeed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit in-home caregivers, CNAs, CMAs, LPNs, and RNs.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreach.

• Make outbound calls, respond to applicants, and follow up.
• Conduct interviews, screenings, and new hire orientations.
• Collaborate with scheduling and office teams on staffing needs.

• Help grow a dependable, compassionate Care Team in Northeast Nebraska.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit in-home caregivers, CNAs, CMAs, LPNs, and RNs, with a strong focus on growing our caregiver team
• Proactively find and connect with potential caregivers through job boards, referrals, community outreach, social media, and other recruiting sources
• Communicate with candidates and Care Professionals in both English and Spanish
• Make outbound recruiting calls, respond quickly to applicants, and consistently follow up with leads
• Conduct interviews, screenings, and New Hire Orientations
• Build relationships with applicants and keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring and onboarding process
• Work closely with our scheduling and office teams to understand current and upcoming caregiver staffing needs
• Help support and communicate with our Spanish-speaking caregivers after hire
• Meet and exceed recruiting and hiring goals with a positive, persistent, and results-driven attitude
• Help us continually grow a dependable, compassionate, and engaged Care Team throughout Northeast Nebraska

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in both English and Spanish – REQUIRED
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Previous recruiting, HR, sales, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
• Comfortable making outbound calls and actively pursuing candidates—not just waiting for applications
• Organized, self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable having tough conversations and coaching field staff when needed
• Someone who enjoys working toward goals, solving problems, and celebrating wins
• A team player who genuinely enjoys helping people succeed
