Job summary

The Stanislaus County Office of Education (SCOE) is seeking a Health Services Technician, CFS - bilingual preferred, to support the Child/Family Services program in Modesto, CA. The role runs 200 workdays per year, 8 hours daily from 7:30 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m., and pays $21.95–$26.88 per hour with steps up to $24.22 for external applicants. Under a program administrator, you will carry out health policy tasks, ensure Head Start health compliance, and educate teachers, parents and children on health

Qualifications

• Must have valid EMSA CPR and First Aid covering adult, child, and infant
• DOJ/FBI/CACI clearances may be required prior to employment
• Valid California driver’s license is required
• Mandated Reporter Training must be completed within six weeks of employment

Responsibilities

• Perform non-clinical tasks to implement health policies and procedures under program administrator direction
• Ensure health compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards
• Provide health education information to teachers, parents, and children
