Onsite Bilingual Health Educator – Cigna Onsite Health - Phoenix, AZ

This role involves supporting Consumer Health Engagement Cultural Beliefs daily. Our Onsite Health Educators and RN Health Coaches are key to achieving better health outcomes for our customers, focusing on:

How you’ll make a difference:

  • Provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support
  • Identify customer health education needs through targeted assessments
  • Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans, set personalized evidence-based goals, and support achieving those goals
  • Empower customers to actively participate in their health outcomes
  • Assist customers in overcoming barriers to better health
  • Lead and support health and wellness promotional activities, such as group coaching, wellness challenges, and seminars
  • Perform biometric screenings, including finger sticks, blood pressure, and body composition
  • Use biometric data and motivational interviewing to collaborate with customers to improve clinical outcomes
  • Support health-related site events like open enrollment, flu shot clinics, health fairs, etc.
  • Demonstrate and promote Consumer Health Engagement cultural beliefs, serving as a role model to drive accountability and results

What we expect from you:

Bilingual Spanish required

  • Strong clinical skills with 3+ years in health coaching, education, and promotion
  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; Master’s preferred
  • Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification
  • High energy and dynamic presentation skills
  • Positive role model in healthy behaviors

This role is based in Phoenix, AZ, and relocation is not offered.

Cigna requires a background check, drug, and nicotine screening for new hires.
