Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for seamless communication with families and providers.
• Completion of ABA training (40 hours) or equivalent credential.
• AZ PROUD and AZ Article 9 trainings completed or in-progress.
• Intro to DDD training completed or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a HAH Support Specialist or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and coaching to HAH Support Specialists, Leads and Assistants.
• Onboard, train, and develop staff; monitor performance with feedback.
• Coordinate staff schedules, timekeeping, PTO, certifications, and admin tasks.
• Oversee quality and consistency of HAH services; ensure person-centered planning.
• Support bilingual staff and strengthen communications across teams.
• Prepare for PCSP meetings and organize member documents and goals.
• Attend PCSP meetings as a neutral resource for collaborative planning.
• Build relationships with internal teams and organizational partners.
• Identify operational needs and support organizational initiatives.

What You’ll Do

The Bilingual Habilitation Support Supervisor will provide consultative and direct support to Members and their families receiving habilitation services in home and community settings. In this role, the Bilingual Habilitation Support Supervisor will work with HAH Support Specialists, parents/caregivers, HAH Providers, Support Coordinators, and DD Managers/Supervisors to support person-centered services.

Reporting to the Habilitation Support Services Manager, the Bilingual Habilitation Support Supervisor will provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, training, and operational support to HAH Support staff.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and support to HAH Support Specialists, Leads, and Assistants.
• Support staff training, onboarding, development, and ongoing performance through coaching, feedback, and collaboration.
• Coordinate staff schedules, timekeeping, PTO, certifications, and other administrative needs to support effective team operations.
• Oversee quality and consistency of HAH Support services through regular review, feedback, and follow-up.
• Support bilingual staff across the HAH Support Team by providing guidance, perspective, and feedback to strengthen communication, collaboration, and culturally responsive services.
• Assist families with preparation for PCSP meetings, complete goal review and prepare documents for member meetings, including Habilitation goals and teaching strategies.
• Attend PCSP meetings as a neutral resource to support collaborative discussion, problem-solving, and person-centered planning.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and organizational partners.
• Collaborate with HAH Support leadership to identify operational needs and address challenges.
• Participate in department initiatives, quality improvement activities, and other projects that support the development of HAH Support Services.

• Two years’ experience as a HAH Support Specialist or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Satisfactory background check
• Able to acquire a DPS fingerprint clearance card
