Job Title: HAH Support Assistant
Department: Habilitation Support
Purpose:

The primary purpose of the HAH Support Assistant is to assist the HAH Support team with a variety of administrative tasks. They are responsible for managing their hours within the maximum allowed and meeting deadlines, ensuring the efficiency of the HAH Support program. The role is crucial for the smooth operation of the team and the success of the program.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Satisfactory background check
  • Ability to acquire a DPS fingerprint clearance card
  • At least 1 year of experience in habilitation services
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields
  • Two years of full-time experience in habilitation or behavioral services
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English

  • Relationship building and reliability
  • Proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Office
  • Critical thinking and adaptability
Essential Job Functions:
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to procedures
  • Review PCSP documents, write goals, input data, and monitor progress
  • Maintain schedules and ensure compliance with policies
  • Maintain a safe and professional environment, uphold confidentiality
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Physical and Mental Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand, sit, kneel, and bend as needed
  • Work at a computer for extended periods
  • Use computer software and exercise patience and judgment
Work Environment:

This is a remote tele-work position requiring discipline and a dedicated workspace. May involve travel and in-person meetings.
