What You’ll Do

As a Habilitation Support Specialist , you’ll be a key player in delivering consultative and instructional support to families, providers, and members receiving Habilitation services. You’ll work collaboratively with a dedicated team to teach, model, and support skill-building programs that help members gain independence in real-life settings.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Teach habilitation classes in person and/or virtually
• Coach and support families, providers, and caregivers in implementing individualized goals
• Monitor and review goal data and provide feedback on progress
• Collaborate with families, providers, and internal teams to support meaningful outcomes
• Attend planning meetings and contribute to goal development
• Maintain documentation and compliance with state and agency policies
• Travel locally as needed to visit members and families

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field (education, psychology, behavior analysis, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in habilitation, behavioral therapy, or behavior analysis
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience teaching or training others preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Must be 18+, able to pass a background check, and maintain a DPS fingerprint clearance card
• Access to a reliable vehicle, internet, and phone for remote work and travel
• A collaborative and compassionate mindset
• Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, remote-first environment
• Organized, dependable, and confident in leading trainings and discussions
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
