Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• High-School Degree or GED is required.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Help guests design a home they’ll love.
• Engage with customers and present furniture and services.
• Navigate large showrooms and stay on your feet for long periods.
• Build personal connections and guide customers through the sales process.
• Assist guests with financing options and close sales.
• Create invoices and schedule furniture deliveries.
• Prospect and manage customer accounts; maintain showroom cleanliness.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
