This role is essential as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring efficient and friendly service. Responsibilities include gathering patient information, processing payments, scheduling appointments, and assisting with clinical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a Medical Assistant Certification, CPR certification, and be bilingual in Spanish. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of medical reception and/or medical assistant experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid card required.
• Current TB negative test required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and guests upon arrival.
• Obtain insurance and demographic information.
• Schedule appointments and call patients for reminders.
• Assist in obtaining treatment authorizations.
