Salary

$59,000-$79,000, commensurate with experience up to 10 years. Relocation stipend available for moves over 75 miles from Denver.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

The Office Manager handles school operations, managing non-instructional tasks and projects under supervision of the School Director and/or Associate School Director. They oversee the Office Assistant, supporting and providing feedback during reviews.

Essential Functions:
  1. Hospitality
    • Primary front desk coverage: greeting visitors, answering phones, visitor sign-in, handling inquiries.
  2. Student Enrollment Lifecycle
    • Manage recruitment, application processing, onboarding, and records.
  3. Finance and Cash Management
    • Track and collect fees, manage deposits, and oversee supplies and procurement.
  4. Attendance
    • Manage attendance records, notifications, and protocols for absences.
  5. Interventions
    • Coordinate after-school interventions and notifications.
  6. Communications
    • Support communication strategies, website content, and internal messaging.
  7. Student Health
    • Coordinate with the nurse, provide first aid, maintain health records.
  8. Planning and Event Support
    • Manage calendars, space reservations, and event logistics.
  9. DPS Services Coordination
    • Coordinate with DPS departments for food, transportation, and facilities.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Experience serving diverse student populations, including students of color, students with disabilities, and multilingual students.
  • Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
