Description

iKids Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics has a fantastic opportunity for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Dental Office Front Desk Coordinator. This position's primary responsibility is to handle all front office functions for the practice, ensuring patients, parents, and guardians are the top priority.

Hours: M-Th 8-5 PM and every other Friday 8-5 PM

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is preferred.

Specific Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Ability to travel between multiple locations.
  • Customer service-oriented with a pleasant demeanor.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and timely job performance.
  • Proficiency with PC and ability to learn new programs.
