D4C DENTAL BRANDS, INC. is seeking a bilingual Front Desk Coordinator for Braces of Mckinney. You will manage front office operations and ensure top-notch service for patients and families.

Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with travel between multiple locations as needed. This role requires dental office experience, CPR certification, and strong interpersonal skills to support a busy practice.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Dental front office experience is essential.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in PC software and learning new programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all front office functions and patient flow.
• Greet and assist patients and families in a friendly manner.
• Schedule appointments and handle calls and inquiries.
• Coordinate with multiple locations as needed.
