Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) Guam is seeking a Front Desk & Guest Services Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage arrivals, check-ins, and reservations at our Crowne Plaza property in Tamuning. You will offer local insights and seamless service to ensure a memorable stay.

Fluent English is required; professional Japanese or Chinese language ability is a plus. Prior OPERA experience is highly preferred and flexibility to work all shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with OPERA hotel property management system is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; speaking Japanese or Chinese professionally is required, reading/writing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register and room all arrivals according to procedures.
• Handle check-in and check-out, update reservation data accurately.
• Assist guests with luggage and local information; upsell where appropriate.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and escalate when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of events and activities to enhance guest experience.
