Job summary

5th HQ in Riviera Beach, FL is hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Operator / Forklift Operator (English/Spanish) to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on warehouse experience, be stand-up forklift certified, and comfortable working in both regular and freezer temperature environments.

Responsibilities include order picking, pallet building, and loading/unloading trucks, with duties performed in mixed temperature areas.

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Stand-up forklift certification required.
Previous warehouse experience required.
Experience with order picking and pallet building.
Ability to work in cold/freezer environments.

Responsibilities

Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently (certification required).
Perform order picking using pick lists or RF scanners.
Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment.
Load and unload trucks accurately and safely.
Move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse.
Work in mixed temperature environments, including freezer and refrigerated areas as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety policies, warehouse procedures, and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in English and Spanish.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
