Job summary

5th HQ in Riviera Beach, FL is seeking a bilingual Warehouse Operator / Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on warehouse experience, be stand-up forklift certified, and be comfortable working in both regular and freezer temperature environments.

This role is essential to daily operations, including order picking, pallet building, and loading/unloading trucks. The position is full-time with standard hours, and overtime is available as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Stand-up forklift certification required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in both regular and freezer temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently (certification required).
• Perform order picking using pick lists or RF scanners.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks accurately and safely.
• Move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse.
• Work in mixed temperature environments, including freezer and refrigerated areas as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies, warehouse procedures, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in English and Spanish.
