Job summary

Yespac in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join our warehouse team. You will load, unload, move, and stack products using a forklift or pallet jack, and you will also track inventory.

This role requires 1–2 years of forklift experience, bilingual ability, comfort with RF scanners and inventory systems, and the stamina to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs. You must read and follow safety rules.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse environment.
• Bilingual ability is required.
• Proficient with RF scanners and inventory systems.
• Able to read and follow safety rules and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to move goods safely.
• Load, unload, and stage pallets and inbound/outbound freight.
• Use RF scan guns and computers to track inventory accuracy.
• Complete pre-shift and post-shift equipment safety checks.
• Pick, pack, and wrap items for shipping as needed.
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping and organization tasks.
