Job summary

CCG Marketing Solutions is seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in West Caldwell, NJ. The role focuses on safely moving, staging, and putting away materials throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate has stand-up forklift experience, is comfortable using handheld/RF scanners, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Turret truck experience and bilingual Spanish/English are a plus.

Qualifications

• Stand-up forklift experience required.
• RF scanner experience required.
• Turret truck experience is a plus.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Put away incoming materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pull and stage materials as needed for production, shipping, or other warehouse operations.
• Load, unload, move, and organize pallets and materials safely and efficiently.
• Use a handheld/RF scanner to scan, locate, move, and track inventory.
• Verify materials and quantities when moving or staging product.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and ensure materials are placed in the correct designated areas.
• Follow work orders and instructions to ensure materials are available where and when needed.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Perform routine checks of forklift equipment and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
