Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain current and accurate information regarding menu items (preparation, seasoning, ingredients, and plate presentation).
• Upsell appetizers, beverages, and desserts during order taking in line with service standards.
• Enter food orders into the POS system accurately for correct preparation.
• Pre-bus tables.
• Present checks, handle payments, and thank guests per scripting guidelines.
• Deliver prepared food to guests when needed and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
