Mesquite Entertainment is seeking a friendly Food Service Associate to provide professional, efficient, and guest-focused service in our food service outlets. You will inform guests of specials, answer questions on menu items, take orders, serve food and beverages, and pre-bus tables.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a busy restaurant. Must be 21+, read/write English, and obtain required Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Cards.

Qualifications

• Flexible, self-motivated, and able to follow procedures.
• Must read, write, and communicate verbally in English.

Responsabilités

• Maintain current information on menu items and preparation details.
• Upsell appetizers, beverages, and desserts during service.
• Enter orders into POS accurately for correct preparation.
• Pre-bus tables and present checks to guests.
• Deliver prepared food when a Food Runner is unavailable and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
