Frontera Healthcare Network is seeking a Float Medical Assistant who will provide coverage at clinics in the Brady, Menard, Mason, Fredericksburg, and Junction area. This role involves administering quality care, immunizations, and health education to patients of all ages.

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, teamwork-oriented, and have at least one year of experience in a Medical Assistant role. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred to enhance patient communication.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a Medical Assistant role preferred.
• Knowledge of basic principles of health promotion and prevention.
• Ability to work cooperatively with community agency personnel.

Responsibilities

• Administers quality care, immunizations, and health education.
• Assists in administrative, clinical, and lab services.
• Works with health center personnel to ensure an efficient environment of care.
