Job summary

LuminaFit is a women-focused boutique fitness and wellness studio located in downtown Winder, Georgia, seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Fitness Instructor. You will lead energizing group classes across dance fitness, Pilates-inspired, yoga, barre, and strength formats, connecting with women to build confidence and community.

Ideal candidates are experienced in multiple formats, energetic, dependable, and professional, with CPR/AED certification and LuminaFit Instructor Certification pursued

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous group fitness or fitness instruction experience preferred.
• Experience in dance, Pilates, yoga, barre, strength training, or group fitness strongly preferred.
• Ability to confidently lead and motivate a group.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging, high-energy group fitness classes.
• Demonstrate exercises and movements clearly and provide modifications for different fitness levels.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for women of varying ages, backgrounds, and fitness abilities.
• Motivate participants while maintaining proper technique and class safety.
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes.
• Assist with class setup and reset when needed.
• Build relationships with members and help create a strong sense of community within the studio.
• Communicate professionally with members, instructors, and LuminaFit leadership.
• Encourage class participation, member retention, and an exceptional member experience.
• Participate in LuminaFit instructor training and certification.
• Maintain current knowledge of fitness trends, safety practices, and your areas of instruction.
• Represent the LuminaFit brand with professionalism, positivity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
