BODYBAR Pilates seeks an upbeat Instructor to deliver dynamic, form-focused workouts using the BODYBAR method at our Alpharetta studio. You’ll energize members, cue with clarity, and foster a welcoming class atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have Pilates or group fitness experience, are 18+, complete BODYBAR's Instructor Training, and bring strong communication and anatomy awareness. Competitive pay, performance bonuses, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High-energy fitness professional with passion for health and fitness.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and body movement.
• Pilates or group fitness experience preferred but not required.
• Must complete BODYBAR's Instructor Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Teach BODYBAR Pilates classes with a focus on form and safety.
• Guide members with clear cues suitable for all fitness levels.
• Engage and motivate participants to foster a welcoming vibe.
• Manage class flow and pacing to optimize member experience.
• Coordinate subs to maintain schedule and coverage.
• Support promotions and studio policies with a positive attitude.
