Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey and assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch efficiently. The role emphasizes lending skills, customer service, and community engagement.

The position offers hourly pay between $15 and $18 and requires bilingual Spanish and English proficiency. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to handle deposits and branch duties.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Must be able to demonstrate self-confidence and organizational skills.
• To perform this job successfully, an employee must have basic computer skills.
• A valid driver’s license & access to a dependable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
• Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
• Process and prepare loan applications.
• Take and process payments.
• Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
• Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
• Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money to and from the bank.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
• Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
• Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
• Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
• Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
