Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience or more.

• Comfort with basic technology and troubleshooting common issues.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about customer accounts and products via phone and digital channels.
• Assist with 401(k) balances, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance.
• Provide education and resources to help customers make informed financial decisions.
• Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop skills.
