Fidelity in Albuquerque is hiring a Financial Customer Associate (bilingual). This full-time, on-site role begins with a 14-week training cohort and includes handling 401(k) inquiries, withdrawals, loans, and maintenance.

The position emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and adaptability to diverse customer needs. Shifts run Monday–Friday with training hours 7:30am–4:00pm MST and post-training 8-hour shifts between 7:00am–10:00pm MST.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience or more.
• Strong communication and listening skills with empathy.
• Ability to adapt to different work environments and schedules.
• Comfort with basic technology and troubleshooting common issues.

Responsabilités

• Answer questions about customer accounts and products via phone and digital channels.
• Assist with 401(k) balances, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance.
• Provide education and resources to help customers make informed financial decisions.
• Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop skills.
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive customer experience.
