Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers.

• Adaptability and flexibility to work in various environments, including hybrid models.
• Proficiency in navigating basic technology systems and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and digital channels, addressing client inquiries accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with their 401(k) account management, including balance inquiries, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance.
• Educate customers on available financial products and resources to support their financial goals.
• Engage in ongoing training and development activities to enhance product knowledge and customer interaction skills.
• Participate in team meetings and activities to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during all customer interactions.
• Handle a variety of customer situations with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up as necessary.
