Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, operational auditing, cost control, or FP&A.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• Experience in security services, contract staffing, facility services, or similar labor‑intensive industry.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with IFRS.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and large datasets.
• Experience with WinTeam or comparable workforce management systems.
• Proficiency in Power BI and financial data reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to present findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and reporting.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, models, and variance analyses.
• Audit payroll, scheduling, billing, and labor costs to identify discrepancies.
• Analyze contract profitability, labor utilization, and operating expenses.
• Validate pay rates, client billing terms, and contract classifications in WinTeam.
• Review obligations under CBAs, including wages and benefits.
• Utilize WinTeam, Power BI, Excel, and other tools to monitor performance and automate reports.
• Collaborate with IT and cross‑functional teams to improve dashboards and controls.
• Assess contract renewals, pricing changes, and business opportunities for profitability.
• Present financial reports and KPIs to CEO and senior leadership.
