Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or a combination of education and work experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication with peers and leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing finance or similar role with cost accounting preferred.
• Customer service oriented and able to work cross-functionally.
• Understanding of accounting processes, procedures and internal controls.
• Strong research and analysis skills.
• Experience interfacing with Supply Chain, QA, Engineering, Operations, etc.
• Significant experience with SAP Business Systems.
• Experience developing product standard costs, budgets and forecasts with variance analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Full bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Process improvement oriented with ability to leverage AI and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial forecasts using historical, trends and current data.
• Monitor spending vs. budget and highlight variances.
• Prepare journal entries and assist in month-end close.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports and analyses.
• Perform financial analysis and recommend actions using tools (e.g. EVA, NPV).
• Evaluate opportunities, acquisitions, new products, and tax planning with scenario modeling.
• Prepare sensitivity analysis on revenue, expenses and profitability.
• Develop and utilize sound financial processes.
