Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Mandarin/Spanish, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Interest in financial planning, wealth management, or insurance/financial services.
• Prior experience in sales, consulting, or financial services is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and connect with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to assess financial situations, needs, and goals.
• Analyze clients’ financial challenges and identify potential risks or gaps.
• Develop and present customized financial strategies tailored to each client.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and solution delivery.
