Position: Field Supervisor Window Installation

Qualified Candidate MUST be capable of overseeing all installations and install crews

We are seeking an experienced, Bilingual Field Supervisor to oversee all residential window and door installations. The right candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of managing installation crews, ensuring high-quality work, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and manage installation crews for windows, doors, and related products
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards, building codes, and safety requirements
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, crews, and customers to resolve issues and keep projects on track
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure jobs are completed on time
• Serve as the primary point of contact for field operations

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of proven window installation experience (residential, hurricane impact )
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and job sites
• Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at multi-tasking
• Exceptional communication skills, especially when dealing with subcontractors and homeowners
• Comfortable problem-solving in fast-paced field environments
• Bilingual is a MUST - English & Spanish
